Flex Warehouse brings years of excellence in creating customized commercial space for New Jersey property developers. In 2008, we began our partnership with a prominent New Jersey developer and builder of large-scale commercial projects. After 15 years of successful collaboration, they sought our expertise in October 2021 for their latest project: the construction of two large, bespoke commercial flex-space buildings for future tenants.

We are committed to fulfilling our clients' expectations of quality work, excellent communication, and unwavering customer support. These qualities have been the foundation of our fifteen-year relationship.

Based on the client's initial 2D elevations, we worked closely with their architects on design iterations to find a solution that balanced cost-effectiveness with dimensional requirements and clearance needs, while accommodating varied tenant requirements.

The final result comprises two buildings of similar size and scope, each supporting four smaller outbuildings. The structures feature an attractive two-colour insulated metal panel (IMP), 24-gauge standing seam roof, with the first floor consisting of four smaller mezzanines. Fabrication began in March 2022, with deliveries starting just four weeks later to meet the client's schedule.

While not overly complex from a design standpoint, both buildings and their annexes required integration of many different products, demanding high coordination between suppliers and expert project management.

Installation progressed well during summer 2022, with both buildings completed by autumn. We promptly addressed any damaged IMPs and accommodated post-installation modification requests, maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
